The Logan Parks Fishing Foundation will conduct the NSANE (National Student Angler Networking Events) tournament this weekend at Lake Martin in Alabama.
Approximately 300 high school and college anglers will compete for a top prize of $25,000. Anglers from 25 different states are registered and 30 of the top college fishing programs will be represented. Student anglers entered in the tournament will also have the opportunity to win Parks' NITRO bass boat that he used to compete in the Bassmaster Elite Series during his rookie season.
"The NSANE Tournament is a unique, competitive angling experience that prepares young anglers for success while also bridging the gap between high school and college programs," Parks said. "We've created a fast-paced tournament format with levels of intensity and competitiveness never before seen at the high school and college levels. We've created a way for students to advance their education and their fishing careers through some of the biggest payouts currently seen at the high school and college levels."
